How do you tailor your campaign to a specific audience using words only they understand?
Engineers are hard to come by. Good engineers are very hard to come by. They speak their own language and are keenly aware of the big tech opportunities (Google, Meta, TikTok) ahead of them. We created a targeted campaign to attract Engineering students in Sydney looking for the right graduate role to sign up to a career opportunity with global eCommerce platform Rokt. We created a targeted campaign with a 3 car tram wrap that would attract the attention of students on their daily commute from Sydney Universities to the CBD and showed Rokt spoke the same language as the people they wanted to recruit by using words that make sense to engineers but are lost on everyday commuters.
